testimonials

Here is what experts say about the SpineGym and our 2025 courses in Nottingham's Lace Market

SpineGym should be used daily

"If a person sits for several hours and then stands up, the activation of the deep muscles can take even up to 20 minutes. During that time the spine is in an unprotected state. For this reason for example an office worker should use SpineGym daily, keeping the core muscles in an active state.

A Great Innovation

I consider SpineGym a great innovation, encouraging people to do physical exercises autonomously. I especially encourage those who work sitting down to have short sessions of SpineGym exercises throughout the day to take proper care of their backs.
